Cauliflower Salad:
1 head iceberg lettuce
1 head cauliflower
- ½ pound bacon
1 medium yellow onion
2 cups mayonnaise
- grated Parmesan cheese
(to taste)
Rip lettuce and cauliflower into bite-size pieces. Cut onion into paperthin slices and cut in half (slices will be like half moon shape). Chop and slice bacon & fry it, drain grease. Add cheese to taste.
Combine all. Serve &/or store in fridge.
